Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Spring School for Master’s and PhD Students for Empirical Approaches to Health & Medical Sociology for Graduate Students , jointly organized by University of Vechta, Germany, University of Urbino, Italy , Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Polandand Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. This BIP is organized in collaboration with the European Sociological Association RN16 – Sociology of Health and Medicine.

The Spring School addresses the growing complexity of health and medical challenges by providing conceptual and practical tools to engage with research in health and medical sociology critically. The programme focuses on ethical and methodological foundations, participatory and inclusive research practices and international, interdisciplinary collaboration.

Content: qualitative and mixed research methods, including vignette-based and participatory research, mixed-methods designs, digital storytelling, comics-based research, and performative methods.
