Graduates of the Master's programme have excellent analytical and methodological skills, very good knowledge of economics and in-depth insights into current challenges in the management of social services, which arise, for example, from increasing digitalisation and sustainability orientation.
The content of the degree programme is divided into three areas:
- Strategic management with normative reflection, e.g. stakeholder, personnel or non-profit management.
- Advanced areas of application for social services, selectable from a broad range of subjects in economics, psychology, social work and gerontology.
- Research and method-orientated courses and practice-oriented project studies.
