Certificate of Intercultural Competence

 

The Certificate of Intercultural Competence (ZIK) is an extracurricular offer that distinguishes the acquisition of qualifications in the field of internationality and interculturality.

 

Improve your intercultural competences for everyday life and work, but also add them to your CV for future job applications.

 

Have new experiences, get creatively involved in events and get to know countries and people.

 

How do you receive the ZIK?

In order to receive the certificate, at least four of the following modules must be completed.

Please submit the completed registration form to the International Office (room G 04) or drop it in the post office box 18 (International Office) on campus in front of the B1 lecture hall of the University of Vechta. You are also welcome to send it via email to international.office@uni-vechta.de.

When you register for the certificate, we will add you to our email distribution list, through which you will be notified of offers in relation to the certificate (e.g., events you can get involved in).

If you have completed at least four modules of the certificate, please come to the International Office during office hours to submit the completed verification form and all associated evidence in copies or drop the documents in the post office box 18 (in front of the B1 lecture hall). Alternatively, you may also send the documents via email to international.office@uni-vechta.de. The International Office will check the accuracy of your information and issue the certificate.
