Welcome to the Vechta Institute of Sustainability Transformation in Rural Areas (VISTRA)

Mindful of global challenges, and guided by the ideal of sustainability, the members of the institute are researching the different dimensions and dynamics of processes of transformation in rural areas inter- and transdisciplinary, and on different spatial scales, in alignment with the main research interests of the University of Vechta.
