What does the Summer School offer?
General information
Teaching and Learning at School from an International Perspective (6 ECTS)
Discover our centerpiece - a versatile elective module, that you can complete as part of your regual studies – supplemented by an exciting intercultrual program.

How Inclusive is the German School System? (1 SWS)
Dealing with Diversity and Promoting Equity in Schools (2 SWS)
Key Elements of Supporting Learning Engagement and Learner Agency (1 SWS).
You can expect:
A 7-hour intercultural training course with an official certificate – a valuable asset for your future career.
Visits in different schools in and around Vechta: primary schools, secondary schools and a special school are opening their doors for fascinating insights.
An intercultural accompanying program offering diverse perspectives on diversity in schools.

Information to the Summer School
A two-week, English-language summer school offers the opportunity to develop specialist, international and intercultural skills for your career.
What you can expect:
✔ Practical learning in an international environment
✔ Intercultural exchange with students from all over EuropeI
✔ Compact program (including diversity & equity, oudoor learning) during the lecture-free period in August
✔ Creditable as a compulsory elective module (pbx.110, "Teaching and Learning from an International Perspective") with 6 ECTS
Duration: 2 weeks | annually, in August | 100 % international, English
