The main objective of the three-year MetESD project was to develop a sustainable education curriculum that can be integrated into any vocational training course and flanked by application-based didactic modules. For this purpose, a basic curriculum has been developed at the University of Vechta in cooperation with BenE München e.V. (Regional Network of School and Out-of-School Educational Institutions on the subject of ESD funded by the United Nations University), the Austrian Environmental Association and the Vienna University of Teacher Education, describing the basic competences students need to acquire in order to sustainably master the ever-changing challenges of working life.

Youth work of the city of Diepholz - needs and design analysis (January-June 2015)

Background of the study on the needs of urban youth work in the city of Diepholz is the desire for a reorientation of urban youth work. Target group of the reorientation is the age group of the 10- to 18-year-olds of the city of Diepholz.

The project study serves to prepare a systematic regional youth report with the focus on skilled worker acquisition. This is closely linked to the objective of the EFRE funding directive and the related activities of the county on regional competitiveness and employment.
