MYSTERIOUS FOG

This picture was taken in the morning in the vast landscapes of Canada, the Rocky Mountains.

The fog of the early morning still hangs mysteriously over the water, while the sky is already a clear blue. The clear water reflects the incredibly beautiful landscape with the snow-covered mountains and the green firs. The colourful canoes in the lake alone stand out from this peaceful, almost untouched nature and yet seem to belong right there.

The picture shows contradiction and reflection in the same breath.

My boyfriend, my best friend and I wanted to hike up to the Brocken and got lost. We hiked around the Brocken for 8 hours but never reached it. We still managed to find a few idyllic spots, where one of the things we found was this fallen tree with new life growing under its roots.

For me, photographing small objects is always a special moment. It is fun for me fun to make the small things look really big.

As far as getting up is concerned, early risers and late sleepers are notoriously. Personally, I can sleep for a long time, but I have to admit that every day I get up early is a productive day, that every day I get up early is a productive day. Spending the semester abroad in Brazil was a dream of mine and it took me a lot of time and commitment to make this dream come true. That night, the moon symbolized so many things for me: fulfillment, hope, joy, home.

My "Magic Moment" this year was the view of the Northern Lights over Iceland. You wait for this moment, all excited and impatient, until the time comes. For two minutes the world
